Customer Service Department


We are very proud of our Customer Service Department. It is one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors.   Our experienced Customer Service Representatives are available to answer you questions and calls 8:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m.  When you call our office it is always a “great day at AeroCare” as you will see.  Whether tracking an order, trouble shooting an equipment problem, or taking an order on a new piece of equipment, our customer service representatives are ready to help.  Our CSR’s are experienced in each piece of equipment, billing, and knowledge of respiratory medications. Our CSR’s have years of experience, if they cannot help, they will direct your call to the appropriate department.


In addition, our Customer Service Representatives manage our follow up programs to help with patient compliance and customer satisfaction.  Each patient on nebulizer medications will receive a courtesy call monthly from one of our CSR’s to make sure that our patients do not run out of medication and that all equipment is functioning properly.  We will report any patient problems back to the physician, if needed.


It is the responsibility of our Customer Service Representatives to keep all members of the patients care team informed on the patients progress, needs, and improvements.  Our goal and commitment is to serve our patients to the best of our ability.
